As one of the first and few IHG Technology Consultants, we built our practice around the unique needs of hospitality business owners. With 30 years of experience under his belt, IHTS founder, Avery Martinez, made it his mission to provide personalized technology consulting and installation services, tailored specifically towards tackling the challenges faced by hotels and other hospitality businesses.

Throughout his career working on network infrastructure in the hospitality space Avery noticed unique challenges that arose within the industry as technology rapidly evolved around them. Adapting quickly to changing consumer needs was met with wide-spread operational and structural deterrents often unseen in other industries. He noticed that new owners are typically overwhelmed by the number of tasks involved and may be unaware of the many nuances and demands placed on them when opening a new hotel.
